Google, Overture and GO TOAST sponsor new industry association

Google, Overture and GO TOAST have reportedly agreed to become charter sponsors of the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO).
The industry organisation is now in discussions with other search engine marketers about sponsorships for SEMPO to conduct primary research and develop education materials.
