Property search site OnOneMap launched

A new property search website has been launched that enables users to hunt for properties for sale in a desired location.
OnOneMap lets users zoom in on a map or type in a postcode or place name and displays the location of each property that meets the entered search criteria.
The service takes listings of homes for sale in England, Scotland, and Wales and blends it with Google Maps and satellite creating a free and independent service is the first its kind in the UK.home search service.
A red house icon represents properties for sale and users can click on the icon to bring up basic information, such as number of bedrooms, price and a thumbnail picture. A link is provided that takes visitors to a site that provides more detailed information.
OnOneMap founder Andrew Betts said: "I was searching the web for a property in a specific area. It just struck me how difficult it was to get an accurate picture of exactly where the houses were without actually looking each one up on a map."
