Yumgo announces rise in search queries

Search engine Yumgo.co.uk has announced that the number of searches generated by the website has increase, as the website attracts more users.
Although the default search engine that powers Yumgo is Google, queries conducted on other specialist search engines like Findlaw.com has begun to increase, the search company reported.
The company claims that people are increasingly recommending Yumgo to other web users and more people are using the website as their homepage. The site receives around 2,700 default searches per day, excluding searches conducted on the five to ten optional search engines including Ask Jeeves, Rightmove.co.uk and Yell.com.
Yumgo offers a broad choice of search engines to users and enables searchers to stores favourites, determining the type of users who visit the site. Favourite sites include Gmail, Hotmail and the BBC.
In a statement, Yumgo said: "We have a huge following from football fans, users into rock music and several users interested in financial investments."
The aggregated total searches conducted on Yumgo are in the region of 5,000 queries per day, the company claims.
