Fybersearch looks for tutorials and lessons
18 May 2005
A new search engine tool that helps users find tutorials and lessons on the web has been launched.
The FyberSearch web crawler FyberSpider is currently finding, cataloging and searching tutorials and lessons online.
The company said in a press release: "Tutorials are a very important part of the internet. They provide a quick and easy way to learn a new skill. This is why FyberSearch has decided to devote resources to finding, cataloging and searching tutorials and lessons taken from all across the web."
FyberSearch is calling on web users to suggest any useful tutorials they know of online.
"I learned about the internet, PHP programming and search engines all while developing FyberSearch," said Nathan Enns, FyberSearch founder and president. "Online tutorials were an essential part of that process. Without them, FyberSearch may not exist as it does today. A tutorial search engine would have been great to have during that process."
