Kanoodle launches integrated RSS ad feed service

Kanoodle has announced that it is now offering the first self-service integrated RSS feed delivery and monetisation service, BrightAds RSS.

The new system is part of the Kanoodle BrightAds automated network for publishers and Moreover Technologies, the premier provider of aggregated online current awareness information, will power the RSS feed hosting and distribution components of BrightAds RSS.

Through BrightAds RSS, Kanoodle's content-targeted sponsored links will be inserted directly into site owners' RSS feeds within posts or as individual posts, with relevancy of the ads assured through Kanoodle's topic-based approach.

Higher relevancy delivers higher click-through rates and thus higher yield per page for site owners, Kanoodle claims. Publishers' feeds will be hosted and distributed through Moreover's feed distribution network, the largest headline distribution network on the web.

"This is the latest example of Kanoodle innovation - providing yet another solution for publishers to effectively monetise their content in a way that was previously not available," said Lance Podell, chief executive officer of Kanoodle.
